Dr. Nshom Emmanuel is a public health researcher and health systems strengthening (HSS) professional with strong expertise in planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL), data management, and evidence-based programme improvement. 

His work spans HIV/AIDS research and programming, with a particular focus on partner notification services, outcomes for HIV-exposed infants, and maternal and child health in resource-limited settings. Dr. Nshom has contributed to peer-reviewed research and technical outputs linked to global academic and implementation partners, including work associated with Columbia University.
